List of Allowances and Continaencies <br />Construction Manager Contingency <br />The following Construction Manager contingency is included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. <br />This contingency is for the Construction Manager's exclusive use to cover those costs considered <br />reimbursable as the Cost of the Work but not included in a Change Order. The value of this <br />contingency shall not be increased, except in proportion to the amount of approved Change Orders <br />increasing the Guaranteed Maximum Price. <br />Amount Title <br />$434,896 CMc Post -Bid Contingency (1 % of the total Guaranteed Maximum Price) <br />Design/Owner Contingency <br />The following Design/Owner contingency is included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. This <br />contingency is for the Owner's exclusive use to cover costs for work not included in the <br />specifications (GMP Exhibit 2), drawings (GMP Exhibit 3), and allowances listed above, subject to the <br />assumptions and clarifications in GMP Exhibit 6. These costs include, but are not limited to, changes <br />to the scope of the project, design changes necessary to accomplish the originally intended scope, <br />unforeseen site and existing building conditions, and abnormal weather conditions. The value of this <br />contingency shall only be increased by the Owner's direction. <br />Amount Title <br />$1,043,750 Design/Owner Contingency (2.40% of the total Guaranteed Maximum Price) <br />GMP Exhibit 4 Page 35/39 <br />
