List of Allowances and Continaencies <br />Amount Title Proposed Allowance Use <br />$50,000 Signage Allowance Procure the work defined in the Overall Stadium Bid <br />Event Bid Package 22 - Signage. <br />$15,000 Existing Areas Replace additional areas of existing ceiling needed to <br />Ceiling provide access to complete the new work. This <br />Replacement allowance covers ceiling replacement not specifically <br />shown on the architectural demolition and reflected <br />ceiling plans. <br />$100,000 Drilled Piers Provide layout, rebar, and spoil removal to complete <br />Ancillary Work the drilled pier deep foundations for the Events <br />Building. The scope of work provided by Thatcher <br />Foundations, noted in the amount shown for Overall <br />Stadium Bid Event Bid Package 1, does not include <br />layout, rebar, or spoil removal. <br />$20,000 Field Netting Disconnect the new field netting system from the left <br />Reconnection to the field pole in the 2025-26 offseason, provide a new <br />Events Building tension cable, and reconnect the system to the Events <br />Building. Sportsfield Specialties notified us that the new <br />tension cable to be installed in the 2024-25 offseason <br />cannot simply be reconnected to the Events Building <br />once the new structure is complete. A new tension <br />cable will need to be provided. <br />$25,000 Miscellaneous Connect landscaping irrigation to the areas of disturbed <br />Irrigation landscaping noted in Overall Stadium Addendum 3 <br />Connections where new irrigation was noted not be included. No as - <br />Allowance built drawings of the existing irrigation were provided <br />to bidders, making the costs to provide irrigation to <br />these areas undefinable. <br />$15,000 Staging Lot <br />Restoration <br />Allowance <br />Remove temporary stone lots created during <br />construction in the staging areas.
