AEREOEnergy Solutions <br />G G r�m For Every Need <br />Project Management Approach I High Quality Implementation <br />Ameresco provides quality projects for our customers while minimizing the effort required by the building owners and <br />occupants. We achieve this goal through ownership of the entire process from auditing to development to construction to <br />commissioning and savings verification. Ameresco Project Managers are professionals with decades of experience with <br />on -site management of energy projects. Engineering and Construction teams will seamlessly work together with South <br />Bend to minimize disruption to facility operations. Following the commissioning, Ameresco will provide training to facility <br />operators. We will cooperatively plan <br />implementation with South Bend Department of Public Works to ensure the needs and workflow of the WTP perform as <br />needed. The on -site construction <br />manager will manage site logistics, truck Project Management Communication <br />delivery routing, subcontractor progress <br />and management, and communication <br />with South Bend staff and stakeholders <br />and project engineers throughout <br />construction to ensure seamless project <br />delivery.
