OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mr. Riggs explained that Treeforms is a supplier of custom made woodwork <br />products. They propose to supply the lockers and locker room benches for <br />the Blackthorn Clubhouse. The total cost of the lockers and benches is <br />$7,539. Our own contractor will be installing them. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the proposal from Treeforms for <br />professional services related to the Blackthorn Golf Course Clubhouse. <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority avuroval requested for Contract with South Bend Monument Works <br />for urofessional services related to Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />Mr. Riggs explained that this contract will allow South Bend Monument <br />Works to supply the golf course with granite tee markers. They will be large <br />granite boulders, engraved with the hole number. This scheme fits with the <br />natural setting of the golf course. The cost of the contract is $8,000.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Contract with South Bend <br />Monument Works for professional services related to Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />b. Authori~ approval requested for Contract with Simplex Time Recorder Co. <br />for professional services related to Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />Mr. Riggs explained that this contract will allow Simplex to supply security <br />alarm equipment and it's monitoring for the golf course maintenance building <br />and the clubhouse. The annual cost of the contract is $600. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Contract with Simplex Time <br />Recorder Co. for professional services related to Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />c. Authority apvroval reauested for Addendum to Agreement with Indiana <br />Michigan Power Company. <br />• -2- <br />
