Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The February 3, 1994 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order <br />at 3:35 by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Legal Counsel: Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist <br />• <br />SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />Ms. Joanne Harper, Chief Deputy City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the <br />following Authority members: Joseph W. Wroblewski and Andre B. Gammage. Mrs. <br />Kolata noted that Don Fewell has asked not to be reappointed to the Authority and his <br />replacement has not yet been appointed. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Avproval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Wednesday. December 22, <br />1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of Wednesday, December 22, 1993. <br />3. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Proposal from Treeforms for brofessional <br />services related to the Blackthorn Golf Course Clubhouse. <br />-1- <br />
