County -City Bldg. <br />Phone: (219) 284 -9355 <br />On January 10, 1983, monies were appropriated for a new housing <br />program to be administered by the City's Human Rights Commission. <br />The housing program, as it has been designed, entails the <br />creation of a new position. Our request is that the 1983 Salary <br />Ordinance be amended to include the position, Housing Specialist, <br />within the Human Rights Commission. Please find attached an <br />Ordinance to amend the 1983 Salary Ordinance and, for your <br />information, a job description of the new position. We ask your <br />favorable consideration of this Ordinance.
