ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 7080 FIXING THE MAXIMUM SALARY <br />FOR A POSITION WITHIN HUMAN RIGHTS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Since monies have been appropriated for a new <br />program through the Human Rights Commission for housing, it <br />is necessary to create a new position to carry out this program. <br />Therefore, it is requested that a new position be called "Housing <br />Specialist" and added to the salary ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the position of "Housing Specialist" <br />be added to Human Rights. <br />SECTION II. That from and after the passage of <br />this Ordinance, the maximum salary for a Housing Specialist be <br />$16,000 for the year 1983. <br />SECTION III.
