All rights reserved. <br /> <br />o Prepare Final Tracings Submittal including: <br /> Address comments from 90% plans <br /> Finalize all documents <br />Assumptions <br />· Plan submittals to the Owner “For Review” will occur at 10%, 30%, 60%, 90% and Final Tracings. <br />· Plans will be full size sheet (24” x 36”) with all documents submitted via email. <br />· Traffic, Road, and MOT plans will be included in a single set of plans. <br />· Develop Construct Site General Permit Plans, prepare and obtain the local permit. <br /> <br />Information Supplied by Owner <br />· See Attachment D. <br /> <br />Items Specifically Not Included <br />· Site amenity design (benches, pedestrian directional signage, etc.) <br />· Construction Observations <br />· Materials Testing <br />· Prepare red line marked up “As Built” drawings <br />· Prepare and submit as-builts, including storm and sanitary improvements to Owner for incorporation <br />into the City’s GIS database. <br />· Revise digital CAD data of the contract plans. <br /> <br />Information Supplied by Owner <br />· Specifications and standard drawings applicable to the project. <br />· Plans of existing structures within the project limits, if available. <br />· Written reviews pertinent to the project that are received by the OWNER. <br />· Available data from the transportation planning process. <br />· Utility plans available to the OWNER covering utility facilities including underground conduits <br />throughout the affected areas. <br />· Guarantee access to enter upon public and private lands as requested for the Consultant under this <br />Agreement. <br />· Legal services as may be required for development of the project. <br />· Existing road and utility plans <br />· Traffic data, if available <br />· Land Acquisition Services <br /> <br />Section 4: Hydraulic Evaluation and Design <br /> <br />Data Collection <br />Hanson will obtain and review available data including topography, LiDAR, record drawings, survey data, <br />etc. for use in the development of the storm sewer models. <br /> <br />Hydrologic Modeling <br />Utilizing available data, Hanson will develop hydrologic parameters such as drainage areas to inlets, time of <br />concentrations, land cover, etc. These parameters will be utilized to estimate peak flow rates for input into <br />the storm sewer models. <br /> <br />Existing Conditions Hydraulic Modeling – Storm Sewer <br />Hanson will develop a StormCAD model representative of the existing conditions drainage systems in the <br />vicinity of the intersection of Elwood Ave. and Portage Ave. The capacity of the existing curb and gutter and <br />storm sewer systems will be assessed. Existing outfalls will be evaluated for existing conditions peak runoff <br />rates. <br />
