All rights reserved. <br /> <br />· Run a level circuit to establish project vertical data. Vertical datum shall be NAVD88 from GPS <br />observations using INDOT’s Continuously Operating Reference System (InCORS). Project <br />benchmarks shall be set along the project limits with descriptions and elevations shown in the field <br />book. <br />· Mail out Notice of Survey Letters to the property owners adjacent to the survey limits. <br />· Submittal of a design ticket through Indiana811 to obtain name, address and contact information for <br />each utility company with facilities within the survey limits. <br />· Download the data and complete CAD drawings of planimetric features as well as topographic <br />features including the creation of a digital terrain model and contours. <br />· Determination of the centerlines based on old plans, monuments, and best field evidence available. <br />o Determination of right-of-way lines and adjacent boundaries based on deeds, monuments, plats, <br />surveys, <br />o Visible utility locations and appurtenances <br />o Control points in CAD format. <br />Assumptions <br />· If monuments are not able to be recovered, an arbitrary alignment will be developed, based on the <br />current configuration of the existing pavement. <br /> <br />Items Specifically Not Included <br />· Survey beyond the project limits <br />· Utility depths <br />· Location Control Route Survey Plat <br /> <br /> <br />Section 3: Roadway, MOT, Traffic, and Structures <br /> <br />Objective <br />The objective of this task is to develop design plans for letting. Coordination will be directly with the <br />Owner. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />· 10% conceptual plan. <br />· 30% Plans for the Owner’s review. <br />· Preliminary Field Check (PFC) Plans for Owner review, meeting attendance, and meeting minutes. <br />· 60% Plans for the Owner’s review. <br />· Final Field Check (FFC) Plans for Owner review, meeting attendance, and meeting minutes. <br />· 90% Plans for the Owner’s review. <br />· Final Tracings Package for Owner’s review. <br /> <br />Coordination <br />· The Consultant will direct project communications through the Owner regarding coordination, <br />contractual, design and compensation-related issues. <br />· Plan submittals per the guidelines in the INDOT Design Manual (in force at the time of the execution <br />of this Agreement). <br /> <br />Activity <br />· The Consultant will attend a project kickoff meeting with the Owner prior to beginning the data <br />collection/analysis/design project tasks. <br />· The Consultant will perform Roadway, MOT, Traffic, Structure, & Drainage design tasks as follows: <br /> <br />o Prepare 10% Concept Plan, including: <br /> Existing and proposed curb layout <br /> Typical cross section
