a <br />O <br />Any employee testing positive for drugs will be terminated from employment. <br />Any employee found to be intoxicated and receiving a citation from a law enforcement <br />official while driving a company vehicle will be terminated from employment. <br />Any employee using or suspected of using illegal drugs or alcohol, or impaired by the <br />use of legal drugs during regularly scheduled work hours, will be prohibited from <br />driving a company vehicle or operating machinery. <br />Any employee found to be in an intoxicated condition or suspected to be in an <br />intoxicated condition, as a result of using drugs or alcohol during regularly scheduled <br />work hours, will be required to undergo immediate drug and alcohol testing. <br />Any employee found to be intoxicated as a result of using illegal drugs during regularly <br />scheduled work hours will be terminated from employment. <br />Any employee found to be intoxicated as a result of using alcohol during regularly <br />scheduled work hours will be terminated from employment. <br />Employees refusing to submit to evaluation by an approved professional drug or <br />alcohol counselor and undergo comprehensive retesting will be terminated. <br />Any employee showing a positive result on an alcohol detection test will be suspended <br />without pay for a period of five (5) working days. During this time, the employee will be <br />required to submit to evaluation by an approved professional alcohol counselor and <br />undergo comprehensive retesting. An employee may not operate a company vehicle <br />or equipment until a negative test result has been obtained. At any time during the <br />employee's remaining employment, a second positive test shall result in immediate <br />termination. <br />Disciplinary actions will be taken against any employee who knowingly allows another <br />employee to drive a vehicle or operate machinery while intoxicated or suspected of <br />intoxication. lntoxication may be a result of drug, alcohol or a combination of both drug <br />and alcohol use. The employee not reporting knowledge or suspicion may be <br />suspended and possibly terminated from employment following review of events. <br />ln the event, an employee is unable to be reached by the MRO for explanation of <br />testing results showing a positive result on any drug or alcohol detection test, the <br />employee will be suspended without pay until the MRO has been contacted. The <br />employee will not be allowed to return to work until the MRO has issued a negative test <br />result. ln the event the employee refuses to contact the MRO, the employee's <br />employment will be terminated. <br />Any employee found to be in possession of controlled substances in violation of this <br />Policy is subject to immediate termination. <br />a <br />a <br />o <br />o <br />a <br />a <br />a <br />a <br />a <br />13
