The most iconic of the structures was <br />University Hall, aka "Ralph's House" (college home of NBA star Ralph Sampson), a 100-foot-tall <br />basketball arena, which Renascent imploded. The other structures were mechanically demolished, <br />including a natatorium, a multi -sport practice building, a sports medical building, and the wrestling/ <br />racquetball building. After all the demolition debris was removed, Renascent prepared the site for the <br />long-term redevelopment plans of the university. <br />Renascent: Experts in Demolition" <br />
