<br />●Time,date,location of tow and officer authorizing the tow;
<br />●Make,model,vehicle license registration,and VIN number of towed vehicles;
<br />●Itemized billing of basic tow charges,special charges,storage charges,and special
<br />vehicle repair/care charges,i.e.window wrap,key charge,etc.;
<br />●Signed release form by person claiming the vehicle;
<br />●If applicable,a complaint form,signed by the vehicle owner reporting and complaints
<br />regarding charges,vehicle damage,lost or stolen items from the vehicle or any other
<br />related problems.
<br />○Customer complaint forms will be posted in the office in a clearly marked space
<br />○All customer complaints will be mailed to the South Bend Police Department
<br />within (5)five days of the filed complaint.
<br />○The Company reserves the right to act under City Municipal Code,Chapter 20,
<br />Sec.20-13 (C)and Sec.20-15 (C)The City,its agents,servants or employees,
<br />shall not be responsible or liable in any manner for the damage incurred in
<br />towing,storage,possession or disposition of such vehicle.
<br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY
<br />11.0 Risk
<br />Big Bulldog Towing holds indemnity and liability insurance under Double D Development II LLC,
<br />dba Big Bulldog Towing.Liability insurance coverage is $1,000,000.00/$2,000,000.00 and is
<br />held by Zurich North American Insurance Company.Certificate #1899308052,Policy
<br />#CPO1643169-00.
<br />Big Bulldog Towing assumes all risk in the event of damage,theft,fire,or otherwise,of the
<br />vehicles or any other property towed,impounded,or stored by the company,its employees,or
<br />agents.
<br />Big Bulldog Towing shall look solely and exclusively to the owner of the vehicle towed,
<br />impounded,or stored for payment of services rendered and will hold no claims against the City
<br />of South Bend for costs or nonpayment.
<br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY
<br />12.0 Indemnity
<br />Big Bulldog Towing shall indemnify and hold harmless,the city,its officers,employees,including
<br />any agency,department,or commission of the city for any and all suits or actions brought
<br />against the city on account of any loss,injury,or damage sustained or claimed to have been
<br />sustained by anyone in connection with or arising out of the performance of this contract by the
<br />company or any of its agents,employees,or independent contractors.
