20 <br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY <br />13.0 Insurance and Liability Coverage <br />●Big Bulldog Towing holds indemnity and liability insurance under Double D Development <br />II,LLC,the parent company DBA Big Bulldog Towing.Liability insurance covers up to <br />$1,000,000 and is held by Arrowhead;certificate #1605856555,policy <br />#CPO1643169-00. <br />●Copy of insurance for complete coverage and underwriter information -please see page <br />21. <br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY <br />14.0 Maintenance of Vehicles <br />The Company agrees to handle all removals authorized by the City with the utmost respect.All <br />personal property and components within the vehicle shall be kept intact.Vehicles will be <br />returned to the owners in substantially the same conditions as they existed before being towed. <br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY <br />15.0 Terms and Termination <br />The Company agrees to the term and termination outlines.The Company agrees to work with <br />the City of South Bend Police Department for the period of (3)three years and that (1)one year <br />term thereafter,upon the mutual written agreement of the City and the Company. <br />The Company understands and will abide by the RFP outlines for the termination of the <br />contract,on the part of the Company,to address the City in writing and provide notice of (120) <br />one hundred twenty days so provisions may be made on the part of the City to replace the <br />Company. <br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY <br />16.0 Costs <br />Please see cost break down -pages 13-14.
