Step 8 <br />Dewatering & End Removal <br />➢After designated cool down, the water/air is removed/released and the line is allowed to <br />drain. <br />➢Once the line is drained the end material is removed flush to the Manhole wall opening the <br />utility for flow service. <br />Step 9 <br />Lateral Reinstatement <br />➢After the line is opened at both ends, the robotic cutter is deployed to open all active <br />services on the section from inside the pipe, alleviating the need to dig services for <br />restoration. <br />Step 10 <br />Post – CCTV <br />➢To insure a proper installation and cure, the newly line section of pipe is again videoed using <br />a Close Circuit Camera for final inspection and verification of lateral reinstatement. <br />Statement of Staffing: <br />SAK Construction, LLC has the experience necessary to successfully complete a wide range of <br />Sewer Rehabilitation projects. Project Management, Engineering, Subcontractor Management <br />and Communication with all parties involved are keys to success for SAK. In addition, SAK’s <br />expertise and understanding of the technical elements, in this case Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) is <br />documented throughout the Central Letter of Experience that is attached. SAK is currently <br />operating with over 400 employees and 16 crews nationwide: 8 Central Crews, 4 Pacific Crews, <br />2 Atlantic Crews and 3 Southeast Crews, all with approximately 5 to 8 members per crew. SAK <br />has the labor resources, manpower and crew availability that is necessary to successfully <br />complete projects, all of which are capable of working on even the most complex CIPP projects. <br />// PLAN FOR PROPOSED WORK
