After bids <br />were opened, it was found that FEDC Attachment L – Telecom Contract Provisions, Attachment <br />M – BABA Contract Provision, and Attachment N – BABA Certification Form needed to be <br />included as part of the contract documents. With this, Selge Construction Co., Inc. was asked to <br />return Attachment N – BABA Certification as a requirement for the State Revolving Fund. <br /> <br />I recommend award of a contract, including all alternates, for 2024 Lead Service Line and Main <br />Replacements – South East Zone to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Selge <br />Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $6,193,283.50. <br /> <br />Sufficient funds have been awarded from the State Revolving Fund. <br /> <br />Please call with your questions 5998. <br /> <br />Enc.
