<br /> <br /> <br />“Page content is subject to Confidentiality Restrictions” <br /> <br />City of Arvada, Colorado | Project #37213 | M&V Report – Year 2 | Page 29 <br /> <br /> <br />City of Arvada, Colorado <br />ECM 15: Update Delta Software <br />Savings Unit Guaranteed Verified <br />Dollars $0 $0 <br /> <br />Overview of ECM <br />This measure included upgrading the outdated Delta Controls BAS software at Arvada Center, City Hall, City Hall Annex, <br />Indiana Shops, Lake Arbor Police Station, Streets Maintenance, West Woods Police Station, and Wastewater Operations. <br /> <br />Commissioning <br />After the installation of the ECM, commissioning activities were performed in accordance with Schedule Q of the EPC. <br /> <br />Prior to project acceptance, the installation of the ECM was verified through submittal review, graphics checks, and <br />trending capability review. <br /> <br />During construction, the City of Arvada chose to utilize a virtual server in lieu of a physical se rver for the new BAS <br />software. Pre-functional testing of the virtual BAS server was performed by the City’s IT Department. <br /> <br />The original BAS points and sequences of operations were verified to be retained after the software upgrade.
