All rights reserved. <br /> <br />C. Attend biweekly virtual coordination meetings with Owner and design team. <br />D. Attend final design development review meeting in-person with Owner. <br />A1.07.02. Construction Documents (estimated at approximately 8 weeks after approval of the <br />design and budget established from the DD deliverables) will be completed and provided to <br />bidders to complete the work scope and submit for bidding and local permit (South Bend) <br />approvals. Engineer will prepare a package to submit to the State for a construction design <br />release (CDR). <br />A. Coordinate with the Owner to identify general quantities, sizes, and types of signage to be <br />included in an allowance for bidders. An alternative to this would be if the Owner selects a <br />third-party signage vendor to develop a signage package during the design phase to be bid, <br />in which case Engineer will coordinate with that preferred vendor as well. An allowance <br />has been indicated for this scope. We will notify the Owner prior to exceeding the <br />allowance amount. <br />B. Attend biweekly virtual coordination meetings with Owner and design team. <br />C. Attend final construction document review meeting in-person with Owner. <br />A1.07.03. Permitting and Bidding <br />A. Address comments received during preliminary reviews with the authorities having <br />jurisdiction (AHJ) <br />B. Prepare expedited electronic submittal to Indiana Department of Homeland Security (State) <br />and City of South Bend (City) as the AHJ. GC/CM to coordinate permit issuance and <br />filing/review fees associated once AHJ has formally approved project. <br />C. Prepare electronic submittal to South Bend for the Commercial Interior Remodel Build Out <br />application. <br />D. Create and maintain a bid tabulation form in a format provided by the Owner. <br />E. Review submitted bids for compliance with submittal requirements outlined in the front- <br />end specifications and provide the Owner with a recommendation for a selected general <br />contractor. <br />F. Other Services Provided <br />1. Preparation of rendering for job site signage and marketing purposes (with <br />approval to allow Engineer to promote project) <br />A1.07.04. Construction Administration Phase <br />A.
