All rights reserved. <br /> <br />This is Attachment 1, consisting of five (5) pages, to <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between Owner and <br />Engineer for Professional Services dated December 12, <br />2023. <br />Engineer’s Services <br /> <br />1. Part 1 – Basic Services is amended to include Section A1.07 – Additional <br />Architectural/Interior Design Services, and shall read as follows: <br /> <br />A1.07 Architectural/Interior Design <br />A1.07.01. Design Development (estimated at approximately 8 weeks after approval of the design <br />and budget established from the SD deliverables) <br />A. Prepare a Revit model for coordination with other disciplines and deliver the following: <br />1. Life Safety and dimensioned floor plans <br />2. Reflected Ceiling plans <br />3. Door and window schedules with details <br />4. Building elevations (street elevation) <br />5. Roof plan and details as needed for MEP coordination <br />6. Demolition plans and details <br />7. Furniture plans showing recommended layout of typical office furniture including <br />conference rooms, offices, and cubicles for coordination with MEP and low voltage <br />consultants. <br />8. Owner will be responsible for the coordination and ordering of furniture with a <br />third-party furniture vendor separate of this contract. Engineer will provide high <br />level guidance regarding manufacturers, styles, sizes and quantities to the Owner <br />when ordering furniture for the new City Hall during the duration of this Agreement <br />with the goal being to identify a grouping of furniture or vendors that departments <br />can select from for desks, cubicles, conference pieces, and storage to maintain <br />consistency between floors. The Owner has a Qualified Purchase Agreement <br />(QPA) with Office Interiors. An allowance has been indicated for this scope. <br />Engineer will notify the Owner prior to exceeding the allowance amount. <br />9. One (1) Rendering <br />10. Specification manual Table of Contents. <br />B.
