<br /> (CHC) closings provided $50,400 in forgiveable second mortgages and
<br /> down payment assistance and leveraged $201,600 of private investment
<br /> through the CHC financial partners.
<br /> • The pre-approved residential building plans catalog was expanded with
<br /> two additional building types, bringing the total of seven building types
<br /> available to the public to support neighborhood infill development.
<br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Certified
<br /> Housing Counseling
<br /> • 45 households completed pre-purchase housing counseling, preparing
<br /> themselves to become potential homeowners.
<br /> • 2 households were assisted with mortgage default counseling.
<br /> • The Housing Counselor provided 12 post-purchase counseling sessions
<br /> with a total of 53 attendees in 2023.
