Promotions included a press conference with the Mayor, Dept. of Health, and Common Council and a lead blood testing event. COMPLETED Rental Safety Verification Program (RSVP) • Through the Rental Safety Verification Program (RSVP), staff completed 726 inspections and certified 193 193 units. • An updated RSVP Ordinance was adopted by Common R t \I7 a 1 I NITS Council in April 2023. The ordinance was originally adopted in 2019 and shortly thereafter implementation CERTIFIED was paused due to COVID-19. As a result, RSVP was not fully implemented until mid-2021. The updated ordinance clearly defines the RSVP process to match implementation and the legal framework, clarifies the 460 inspection standards, improves definitions, and reflects the organizational structure of RSVP within DCI. ANDLoRns Landlord Registration REGISTERED JAN-DEC 2023 Landlord registration is a tool used by the NHH and NSE staff to obtain up-to-date property owner contact information for rental properties to all for better communication.
