The range of supportive efforts include but are not limited to <br /> assistance to eligible homeowners, tenants, landlords, first time homebuyers, <br /> non-profit partners, developers, and builders. <br /> Quality Affordable Housing & Infiill Development <br /> • Launched the 2023 Targeted Geography Home Repair Program Application <br /> round. A total of 463 households were pre-screened and 328 households <br /> were provided applications. There were 163 applications received and <br /> processed. Work at approved applicant homes is planned to be under <br /> contract in 2024. <br /> • Partnered with affordable housing developers, including 466 Works and <br /> Cross Community, to support the construction and sale of more than <br /> 30 new housing units in South Bend's urban neighborhoods.
