Resource Agency Coordination (including Tribes) — Initiate project coordination with <br />resources agencies, including intent to carry purpose and need and reasonable alternatives <br />into NEPA. Coordinate Environmental Constraints Report, Engineers Report, and PEL <br />Study with Resource Agencies and conduct two (2) virtual Resource Agency Meetings. <br />E. Utility Services <br />1. Develop a utility coordination log and document communication with all utilities in the <br />project area. Request existing plan information at the beginning of design. Add field <br />marked utilities that are located during the field survey into the plans. <br />a. Collect Asset Management data from the City on watermain and sanitary sewer <br />systems. <br />2. Conduct a utility coordination meeting with all public and private utilities to gather <br />information and discuss project scope and potential impacts <br />3. Incorporate all public utility improvement information (watermain, sanitary, storm, and <br />CSO) data into a database for improvements in the subject area. Perform preliminary storm <br />sewer calculations for the Stage 1 roadway plans. <br />4. Prepare GIS maps of proposed public utility improvements in the subject area. <br />5. Prepare PDF exhibits of potential private utility improvements in the subject area. <br />6. Prepare opinion of probably construction costs based on anticipated impacts. <br />F. Geotechnical Services <br />1. See Attachment 3 for scope of services. <br />G. Excluded Services <br />1. Project Management <br />a. Funding Application Preparation. <br />2. Survey <br />a.
