11. Develop a traffic study report that summarizes the analysis results and incorporates <br />roadway recommendations to accommodate the new traffic patterns. <br />12. Attend one (1) review meeting to discuss the preliminary traffic study findings and <br />recommendations, and up to four (4) progress meetings with the City of one hour each. All <br />meetings will be held virtually through video/audio teleconference calls. Additionally, it is <br />anticipated that traffic staff will present final recommendations to the City at one (1) in <br />person meeting. <br />A1.04 Preliminary Engineering Phase <br />A. Survey Services <br />1. When directed, the CONSULTANT shall survey the project location. The <br />CONSULTANT's work shall be in accordance with I.C. 25-21.5; 865 I.A.C. 1-12; and the <br />INDOT Design Manual (IDM) which is available online on the INDOT website, and which <br />is incorporated by reference. If there is any conflict between I.C. 25-21.59 865 I.A.C. 1-12, <br />or the INDOT Design Manual, the order of precedence shall be: <br />a. 1. I.C. 25-21.5 <br />b. 2. 865 I.A.C. 1-12 <br />c. 3. INDOT Design Manual <br />2. Survey Limits: <br />a. Survey limits are shown in Attachment 1 <br />3. Phase 1 - Topographic Route Survey including the following: <br />a. Survey crews shall have unrestricted access to project limits <br />b. Establish horizontal control (INGCS St Joseph) <br />c. Establish vertical control (NAVD 1988) <br />1) Set temporary benchmarks on site for use during construction <br />d.
