Construction in a Floodway Permit by IDNR, submittals to FEMA <br />26. Design changes after the start of construction drawings or services for change orders resulting from <br />requests by the Owner. <br />27. LEED® certification documentation services <br />28. Construction inspection and observation <br />29. Review and design of alternate or substitute systems <br />30. Additional design meetings more than the quantity included in Basic Services <br />31. Additional site visits more than the quantity included in Basic Services <br />32. Services resulting from changes of scope or magnitude of the project as described above. <br />33. Services resulting from changes made after the drawings are substantially complete. <br />34. Services resulting from revisions that are inconsistent with approvals or instructions previously given <br />by the Owner. <br />Services resulting from corrections or revisions required because of errors or omissions in construction by the <br />contractor. <br />DESIGN SERVICES <br />American Structurepoint will provide the professional services to complete the project scope as outlined above. <br />We have assumed after completion of site visit(s) and evaluations/reports that budgeting of this first phase of <br />work will be completed to approve the issuance of the RFP for the building demolition contractors. A subsequent <br />proposal amendment can be submitted for the balance of the design services (i.e. Parking Garage(s) for the <br />proposed mixed‐use development along N. Michigan Street to Main Street). The improvements to the existing <br />parking lot located off W.
