I propose <br />to install new 6” half round Kynar coated Dark Bronze color aluminum gutters with leaf guards to the <br />main house, and similar 5” without the leaf guards to both porches. This proposal will re-use the existing <br />original round downspouts. This process will include maintenance and any necessary repairs/replacement <br />of the wood fascia at the eave which will be done in like-and-kind materials to match the originals – <br />likely rot resistant cedar of a matching profile, texture, and dimension. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
