This proposal <br />is to remove the existing 3-tab asphalt roofing and underlayment’s down to the wooden roof deck, repair <br />the deck as needed using like-and-kind materials, with new ice and water shield and felt paper <br />underlayment’s with new architectural asphalt shingles to match main house.
