All rights reserved. <br /> <br />1. Visual assessment of property site components to include drainage, flatwork, and <br />landscaping. <br />2. Visual assessment of the structural integrity or major framing components of the <br />building. <br />3. Visual assessment of the architectural components of the building including, roof, <br />building envelope, interior finishes, and restrooms. <br />A1.02 Structural Engineering <br />The structural scope of work for the project will be as follows: <br />A. A structural allowance for general coordination and meetings to discuss potential <br />structural solutions to various proposed renovation concepts. <br />B. No sealed structural design documents will be required. <br />C. Structural scope excludes modifications to the existing structure. If structural <br />modifications are found to be required as the design progresses, we will coordinate with <br />you to define the necessary extent and type of structural effort required. Because this <br />scope of work cannot be accurately defined at this stage, we will provide you with an <br />updated scope and fee for your review and approval prior to proceeding. <br />A1.03 Landscape Architecture <br />Schematic Design and Design Development <br />A. Attend internal kickoff meeting to set goals and timeline <br />B. Provide layout drawings and product cut sheets for up to three (3) options of site <br />improvements including: site furnishings, planters, finishes, and entry pavement <br />improvements. <br />C. Attend up to two (2) virtual client meetings to discuss options and refine to preferred <br />alternative. <br />Construction Documents <br />A. Attend up to two (2) virtual coordination meetings. <br />B. Provide construction documents for entry area site improvements and pavement <br />improvements at up to two (2) review intervals. <br />C. Provide technical specifications for site improvements and pavement improvements at up <br />to two (2) review intervals. <br />D. Provide final bid documents for site improvements. <br />Construction Administration <br />A. Landscape Architect will anticipate attending any pre-bid or pre-construction meetings <br />virtually, as necessary. <br />B. All RFIs and contractor inquiries will be addressed as requested and submittals will be <br />reviewed and approved, as necessary. <br />   <br />     <br />
