Owner Review Meeting No. 1– Present overall master plan alternatives to the Owner. <br />c. Based on Owner comments and feedback, refine the overall master plan into a preferred <br />alternative. <br />d. Submit refined plan for Owner approval. <br />3. Schematic Concept Development – Based on the approved master plan, develop a detailed <br />schematic concept of the specific project area and amenities to be included in the grant <br />funding pursuit. <br />a. Develop 2- and 3-dimensional illustrations, including plans, vignettes, sections and <br />character images as needed to clearly communicate components. <br />b. Develop a preliminary palette for site elements and materials. <br />4. Owner Review Meeting No. 2 – Present preferred alternative and materials palette. <br />5. Final Schematic Plan – Develop final rendered schematic concept design plan and <br />supporting exhibits for City use in grant pursuit. <br />6. Deliverable – Furnish one (1) electronic copy of the Conceptual Planning documents which <br />will include: <br />a. Preferred Overall Master Plan <br />b. Final Schematic Concept Plan and supporting imagery. <br />c. Conceptual Opinion of Probable Cost as indicated in A1.04 <br />B. Engineer’s services under the Conceptual Planning Phase will be considered complete on the date <br />when the Conceptual Planning documents and Opinion of Probable Construction Cost have been <br />delivered to Owner. <br />A1.04 Opinion of Probable Cost <br />A. Provide opinion of probable construction costs prepared by way of measuring bulk quantities for <br />all applicable trades and pricing at applicable parametric composite unit rates for a competitively <br />bid public works project for the northern Indiana region.
