3. one-hundred and fifty (150) square feet, which may <br />be all in one (1) freestanding sign or divided <br />between two (2) freestanding signs, for single use <br />sites which abut a street or limited access highway <br />for between five-hundred (500) and one thousand <br />(1,000) feet; or, <br />4. two-hundred (200) square feet, which maybe all in <br />one (1) freestanding sign or divided between two <br />(2) freestanding signs, for single use sites which <br />abut a street or limited access highway for over one <br />thousand (> 1,000) feet of street frontage, provided <br />that the maximum sign surface area for any <br />individual freestanding sign shall not exceed one- <br />hundred and fifty (150) square feet. <br />iv. Minimum Front, Side and Rear Setback for Freestanding <br />Identification Signs. <br />a. .Front Setback -The minimum front yard or front <br />residential bufferyard setback for any freestanding <br />identification sign shall be five (5) feet from proposed <br />right-of--way. <br />b. Side or Rear Setback -The minimum side yard, rear yard, <br />side residential bufferyard or rear residential bufferyard <br />setback for a freestanding identification sign shall be the <br />same as required for any building or structure. <br />v. Maximum Height of Freestanding Identification Signs. <br />a. Monument Sign -The maximum height of a freestanding <br />monument identification sign shall not exceed eight (8) feet <br />in height above grade. <br />b. Pole Sign -The maximum height of a freestanding pole <br />identification sign shall not exceed twenty-five (25) feet in <br />height above grade. <br />(B} Integrated Centers - Freestandin~yIdentification Sians. <br />i. Type of Signs. <br />Freestanding identification signs shall be limited to: monument <br />signs; or, pole signs. <br />27 <br />
