2. a maximum of one (1) freestanding identification <br />sign is oriented toward each street or limited access <br />highway. <br />b. More Than Five-Hundred (500) Feet - When a lot abuts the <br />same street or limited access highway for more than five- <br />hundred (500) feet, one (1) additional freestanding <br />identification sign shall be permitted on that street or <br />limited access highway, provided that: <br />1. the minimum sepazation between freestanding <br />identification signs along the same street or limited <br />access highway shall bethree-hundred (300) feet; <br />2. the additional freestanding identification sign is <br />oriented to the street or limited access highway <br />which abuts the lot for more than five-hundred <br />(500) feet; <br />3. the minimum separation between freestanding <br />identification signs on the lot, regardless of the <br />orientation of the freestanding identification signs, <br />shall be one-hundred (100) feet; and, <br />4. the total sign surface area of all freestanding <br />identif cation signs does not exceed the maximum <br />sign surface azea permitted below. <br />iii. Maximum Sign Surface Area of Freestanding Signs. <br />a. Maximum sign surface azea shall apply individually to each <br />street or limited access highway. <br />b. The maximum sign surface azea shall not exceed: <br />1. sixty-four (64) square feet for single use sites which <br />abut a street or limited access highway for less than <br />three hundred (300) feet; <br />2. one-hundred (100) squaze feet for single use sites <br />which abut. a street or limited access highway for <br />between three hundred (300) and five hundred (500) <br />feet; <br />26 <br />
