(K) Lighting Plans -The following information, at a minimum, shall be <br />provided for all lighting plans submitted in connection with an application <br />for an improvement location permit: <br />i. A site plan which includes the outline of buildings, structures and <br />other improvements (e.g., parking areas, loading areas, interior <br />access drives, etc.) on the lot and the location of all outdoor light <br />fixtures. <br />ii. A description of the outdoor light fixtures, including but not <br />limited to manufacturers or electric utility catalog specifications <br />sheets, drawings or photometric report, which indicate: <br />a. the outdoor light fixture classification (e.g., cutoff, semi- <br />cutoff, full cutoff, ornon-cutoff); <br />b. mounting height of freestanding outdoor light fixtures; <br />and, <br />c. wattage proposed for each outdoor light fixture. <br />(11) Signs. <br />Notwithstanding anything in this Ordinance to the contrary, the following sign <br />regulations shall constitute all applicable zoning regulations regarding signs in the <br />"CB"District. <br />(A) Single Use Sites -Freestanding Identification Suns. <br />Type of Signs. <br />Freestanding identification signs shall be limited to: monument <br />signs; or, pole signs. <br />ii. Number of Signs. <br />a. Five-Hundred (500) Feet or Less -One (1) freestanding <br />identification sign shall be permitted for each street or <br />limited access highway which abuts a lot for five-hundred <br />(500) feet or less, provided that: <br />1. the minimum separation between freestanding <br />identification signs on the lot, regardless of the <br />orientation of the freestanding identification signs, <br />shall be one-hundred (100) feet; and, <br />25 <br />
