27 <br /> <br />4) Anyone who admits to a relapse after rehabilitation shall be placed on an immediate <br />leave of absence and not returned to work until a negative is obtained. Any person who <br />admits to more than one relapse shall be terminated. <br /> <br />5) Once an employee has admitted himself/herself into a rehabilitation program, they may <br />continue to work (OUTSIDE OF SAFETY SENSITIVE JOBS) provided that they <br />cooperate with the recommendation of the administrators of such a program. If Trisco <br />Systems, Inc. receives notice from the rehabilitation facility that the employee has failed <br />to cooperate, then that employee shall be terminated immediately. <br /> <br /> <br />Education and Training <br /> <br />One of the primary responsibilities of Trisco Systems, Inc., in the drug and alcohol program, is <br />for the training of supervisory personnel in the recognition of potential substance abusers and the <br />education of employees on the hazards of substance abuse. <br /> <br /> <br />(a) General requirements. Trisco Systems, Inc., shall provide educational materials that <br />explain the requirements of this part and our policies and procedures with respect to <br />meeting these requirements. <br /> <br /> (1) Trisco shall ensure that a copy of these materials is distributed to each <br />affected employee prior to the start of alcohol and controlled substances testing <br />under this part and to all employees subsequently hired or transferred into a <br />position requiring driving a commercial motor vehicle. <br /> <br /> (2) Trisco shall provide written notice to representatives of employee <br />organizations of the availability of this information. <br /> <br /> (b) Required content. The materials to be made available to employees shall include <br />detailed discussion of at least the following: <br /> <br /> (1) The identity of the person designated by Trisco Systems, Inc., to <br />answer questions about the materials; <br /> <br /> (2) Sufficient information about the safety-sensitive functions performed <br />by those employees to make clear what period of the work day the employee is <br />required to be in compliance with this part; <br /> <br /> (3) Specific information concerning employee conduct that is prohibited <br />by this part; <br /> <br /> (4) The circumstances under which an employee will be tested for alcohol <br />and/or controlled substances under this part;
