CMc Proposal for City of South Bend — Four Winds Renovation and Expansion Project u 14 <br />FIRM BACKGROUND/TEAM/EXPERIENCE <br />• Firm Experience <br />• Provide a minimum of three project references from organizations that completed similar project using your firm’s <br />CMc services. <br />• Firm Experience <br />• Describe your firm’s capabilities in using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure quality construction <br />coordination. <br />Hagerman utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance the communication and <br />documentation of our projects. The Revit platform will be the basis for our BIM work. We are proficient in the <br />Autodesk Building Information Modeling (BIM) software platform, including Revit®.
