CMc Proposal for City of South Bend — Four Winds Renovation and Expansion Project u 13
FIRM BACKGROUND/TEAM/EXPERIENCE
The project goal was to create a new multipurpose facility
capable of keeping up with the increasing Noblesville
population demands while also keeping the facility within
arm’s reach of the existing high school and middle school for
ease of access and transport.
Beaver Stadium and the Community Center were built to
serve Noblesville Schools and the community – students,
faculty, and alumni alike – for at least the next 50 years. The
flexibility of the facilities allows usage for football, band, track
and field, rugby, lacrosse, and physical education classes,
along with community events.
ARCHITECT CSO Architects & Engineers
Brad Krohn | 317.848.7800
bkrohn@csoinc.net
COMPLETION March 2022 | 19 months
PROJECT TEAM Project Executive — Mike Holtkamp
Project Manager — Joel Fleming
Project Superintendent — John Sondgerath
NOBLESVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
MULTI-USE STADIUM
SIZE
21,667 SF
COST
$14,653,026M
DELIVERY
CMc
OWNER CONTACT
Noblesville Schools
18025 River Road
Noblesville, IN 46062

Roy Wallace,
Director of Buildings and Grounds
roy_wallace@nobl.k12.in.us
317.773.3171
CHALLENGES - The pandemic created unique challenges for
both material and manpower availability.
SUCCESSES - The project was bid very competitively and came
in under budget with a health contingency fund.
