CMc Proposal for City of South Bend — Four Winds Renovation and Expansion Project u 12 <br />FIRM BACKGROUND/TEAM/EXPERIENCE <br />This five-phase, $183M project will take five years to <br />complete. Hagerman, Inc. is responsible for site <br />improvements, envelope, buildout, and renovations of <br />existing spaces, while Performance Services, Inc. (PSI) is <br />responsible for MEP.
