All rights reserved. • Structural Plans, Sections and Details • Electrical Power Plan and One-Line Diagrams • Instrumentation Diagrams • Technical Specifications including concrete, electrical, instrumentation, process interconnections, and functional description • Preliminary Opinion of Probable Construction Cost 90 Percent Design Deliverable (for both Bid Packages, as applicable) • Construction Sequencing Plan • Demolition Plans, Sections and Details • Civil Plans, Sections and Details • Process Mechanical Plans, Sections and Details • Structural Plans, Sections and Details • Electrical Power Plan, Schematic, Details and One-Line Diagrams • Instrumentation Diagrams • Technical Specifications including concrete, electrical, process interconnections, instrumentation, and functional description Five sets of drawings and specifications will be provided to the Owner at approximately 50 and 90 percent completion milestones (total of 15 sets) for review and comment. The Owner will provide comments to the Engineer within ten days of receipt of the drawings and specifications. Two sets of the final drawings and specifications for each Bid Package will be provided for the Owner’s use, as well as a PDF copy of the Contract Documents for bidding purposes. Task 105 – Subconsultant Survey Services A topographic survey will be performed by a qualified land surveyor to confirm existing facilities controls and elevations between the Compressor Building and the Degrit Building along a corridor in alignment with the existing primary pipe. The survey will also obtain current site contour topographic information and drainage courses; floodplain information; establishment of control points; inverts and locations of gravity storm drains and sanitary sewers; and at grade pavements, fences, walls, stairs, etc. Additional surveying services can be provided as a supplemental service. Task 106 – Permits Acquisition Assistance To construct the required WAS thickening, and yard piping improvements permits for each Bid Package may be needed. Engineer anticipates two needed permits from the City of South Bend, a Construction in a Floodway permit from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for Bid
