Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />Provider for construction of a 6MG concrete CSO storage tank with approx. dimensions of 290’x270’x35’. Work included construction of a new screening facility with 4~33mgd fine screens, a new 48” high flow influent connection, and a passive flow control weir to the storage basin. Balance of work included relocation of plant entrance, site work, electrical and I&C. Contract Amount: $29,165,968 <br />City of Warsaw, Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, Warsaw, <br />Indiana <br />Work included comprehensive tasks to increase the capacity of the WWTP including new grit removal tanks, new primary clarifiers and control buildings, new anaerobic selector tanks, new final clarifier and sludge pump building, new RAS and WAS pumps, new UV disinfection system, new sludge dewatering equipment. Work also included modifying existing oxidation ditches, modifying existing final clarifiers, modifying the existing aerobic digesters and sludge holding tanks, relation of energy power generation as well as associated electrical, I&C, HVAC and site work. Contract Amount: $25,710,750 <br />City of Fort Wayne, Water Pollution Control Plant, Fort Wayne, <br />Indiana. Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />This upgrade touched the primary, secondary and sludge processing <br />systems. Work included improvements to nine clarifiers, including <br />the secondary clarifier hydraulics, concrete repair of aeration tanks, <br />cover replacement on 3 digesters, new sludge pumping and methane <br />compression systems, and addition of combined-heat-and-power <br />system.
