Work also included expanding the <br />hydraulic capacity by replacing select piping and adjusting clarifier <br />effluent weirs. Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />Headworks structure improvements, existing Bio-Roughing Tower <br />renovations, addition of a new Aeration Tank, addition of a new <br />Secondary Clarifier, recoating of existing Primary and Secondary <br />Clarifiers, new standby generator, data control systems improvements, <br />installation of a new centrifuge sludge dewatering building/system <br />and recoating of the existing Secondary Digester Cover. Contract <br />Amount: $10,800,000 <br />City of Bluffton, Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Bluffton, Indiana. Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />Removal and replacement of the existing 65-foot diameter primary digester cover and 55-foot diameter secondary digester cover of Plant #2; two new digester mixers for Plant #2 primary digester; insulation of Plant #1 primary digester; construction of a new headworks facility including screening and grit removal; and modifications to Plants #1 and #2 pump stations. Contract Amount: $4,800,000
