11SOUTHBEND, INDIANA GSC <br />EXPERTISE <br />Tina Wolff spent the first 20 years of her career as a program manager <br />and project manager helping communities navigate CSO compliance and <br />consent decrees. She understands the engineering side of wastewater but also <br />management elements of our customers and our designer’s. Tina leverages this <br />experience working as our GSC Provider, leading the team effort to define and <br />refine the scope, schedule, and budget. She then takes the lead with the State <br />of Indiana, managing the contractor to keep our project fully compliant with the <br />procurement law. Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />GSC Provider for a construction of a 6MG concrete CSO storage. Work <br />included construction of a new screening facility with 4~33mgd fine <br />screens, a new 48” high flow influent connection, and a passive flow <br />control weir to the storage basin. Balance of work included relocation <br />of plant entrance, site work, electrical and I&C. Contract Amount: <br />$29,165,968 <br />City of Fort Wayne, Water Pollution Control Plant, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />Provider executing post-completion compliance activities for the project that touched the primary, secondary and sludge processing systems. Work included improvements to nine clarifiers, including the secondary clarifier hydraulics, concrete repair of aeration tanks, cover replacement on 3 digesters, new sludge pumping and methane compression systems, and addition of combined-heat-and-power system. Contract Amount: $27,000,000 <br />Town of Plainfield, West Fork Interceptor and Pump Station, Plainfield, Indiana. Guaranteed Savings Contract. <br />Provider for the development project. Work included coordinated with the Engineer of Record to define the energy, human and equipment savings for the project. Coordinated with City departments for the development of the GSC documents and facilitated submittal to the State.
