We regularly work
with private water and energy clients and municipalities nationwide to reach diversity participation goals.
We will do the same on your project.
Project Results.
When appropriate, Bowen hosts a Project Outreach Event to inform M/WBE suppliers about project bid
opportunities. At these events Bowen's team discusses project scope and answers attendee questions.
Bowen advertises projects in a variety of ways, including:
• Direct Reach Out
• Local and National Diversity Councils
• Subcontractor Associations
• Via E-mail lists from National, State and City agencies
• Promoting and participating in any diversity -focused events and initiatives of your organization
Industry Advancement. Bowen believes empowering Minority and Women Owned Businesses does not
end with a signed contract on a project. To further their success in the industry, Bowen takes on a mentor
relationship with many of these companies to share our knowledge and resources we've attained over 50+
years in business. This includes meeting frequently to:
• align business goals
• share bid opportunities
• understand their company growth strategies
• provide guidance in gaining access to bonding, insurance, and other resources that some large prime
contractors can easily take for granted
Example Partner Certifying Entities
• MSDC
W B E N C
National Minority Supplier
*
I ■ i V\
WOMEN'S BUSINESS ENTERPRISE
oeeeiopmei cooai

NATIONALCOUNCIL
U.S. Department
VA Veterans
(Bowen is MSMSDC Member)
ioi..oa<ps. spccaap rocprxpa.
of Affairs
