Where is this <br />going to be paid under the existing pay items? <br />Answer <br />Yes, an updated section and paint requirement are included. <br />Question 15 <br />Are the Park Benches, seating, and tables models from Vector Seating Systems? <br />Answer <br />Forms + Surfaces is the manufacturer for all benches, seating, and tables as noted on the plans. <br />Product lines are Vector, Cordia, and Tangent. Refer to model numbers as noted. <br />Question 16 <br />Please identify where the asphalt and concrete paths are separated in alternate A and the base <br />bid. What hard surface is around the Romtec Restroom? <br />Answer <br />Plans are updated. Hard surface around restroom is concrete. <br />Question 17 <br />In Alternate A, there are no proposed grades. Do you know if the contractor is to match existing <br />grades? If the path has more than a 2% slope, is the contractor expected to correct the path for <br />ADA compliance? If the path is raised or lowered for ADA compliance, is the contractor expected <br />to grade/add soil to the park to correct any changes from the existing grade to the proposed <br />sidewalk grade? <br />Answer <br />Match existing grades and provide less than a 2% cross slope. Path is not expected to exceed <br />5% in any areas based on existing grades. <br />Question 18 <br />On sheet CO-100, there is a callout 91 with no legend note. What is Callout 91 representing? <br />Answer <br />Updated on the plans. Note 91 is removed. <br />Question 19 <br />Is a geotextile (weed Barrier) going underneath any of the landscape or ground cover areas? <br />Answer <br />No. <br />Question 20 <br />Is Groundcover's pay item supposed to be an SF instead of an EA? There is roughly 7500 SF <br />inside the mulched area around the playground. <br />Answer <br />Groundcover is planted spaced 12" on center, making it the same as SF. <br />Question 21 <br />Will the City deliver the mulch to the project, or must the Contractor pick it up? <br />Answer <br />City delivered. <br />Question 22 <br />Is the seeding pay item only for the area specified inside the roller rink? Is all other disturbed <br />ground that needs seeded expected to be covered as incidental to the project? <br />Answer <br />Yes, seeding is intended to be within circular sidewalk area. All other disturbed area is incidental. <br />Question 23 <br />Will there be a pay item for the Lily Turf and Daffodil Bulb mix area, or is this a ground cover? If <br />the lily turf and daffodil bulb mix is groundcover, then is the mulch not groundcover and <br />incidental to the project? <br />Answer <br />Mulch is not groundcover, Lily Turn and Daffodil Bulbs are. <br />Question 24 <br />Can you supply a model number for the pole lights?
