Is <br />there any worry about the minimum cover of the sanitary sewer? Do the cleanouts require <br />cleanout castings? There is 266 LF as a pay item and 319 LF on the plans. Can you change the <br />pay item to reflect the amount shown on the prints? <br />Answer <br />Cover is not a concern. Pay item amounts are updated. <br />Question 27 <br />The demolition plan shows no concrete being removed for the water service connection. Is this <br />incidental to the water meter pit? Where is the water meter pit supposed to go, next to the <br />Charles Black Center or the restroom? <br />Answer <br />Water Meter pit is supposed to go next to the Restroom Building. Based on the pay items, there is 1872 SYS of <br />Concrete sidewalk and 921 SY of asphalt pavement. Based on the prints, all hard surface <br />receives 4 inches of aggregate. 2793 SY of aggregate x 4 inches / 36 inches = 310 CY x 2 Tons <br />per cubic yard = 620 Tons of stone. This does not include the stone under the concrete stake <br />islands and stairs. Will this pay item be revised, or is stone incidental to an item? <br />Answer <br />#53 Aggregate is not included under all concrete and asphalt areas. <br />Question 30 <br />Please provide specifications for the pathway light wanted. <br />Answer <br />Included. <br />Question 31 <br />Please verify only (5) pathway lights are required. Currently, the excavation workers appear to be <br />outside any EPA zone and will not need to be Hazwoper 40 trained.
