Said review <br /> shall be conducted at least every four ( 4) years , beginning with four <br /> ( 4) years from the effective date of this subsection ordinance. The <br /> Director of tittl-i-tres. Public Works shall file all pertinent data needed <br /> by the Council , on or before June 1st of the year in which the rates <br /> and charges shall be reviewed . <br /> (d ) There shall be, and is hereby established for the use of <br /> and the services rendered by the wastewater treatment plant of the City <br /> of South Bend for a family dwelling unit located in an apartment <br /> complex , hotel or motel , or mobile home park the following method of <br /> computation: <br /> ( 1 ) Divide the usage shown on the meter by the <br /> number of dwelling units served by the <br /> meter to produce the average dwelling unit <br /> usage ; and <br /> ( 2) Apply the average dwelling unit usage to the <br /> rate table set forth above to produce the <br /> average dwelling charge ; and <br /> ( 3 ) Multiply the average dwelling unit charge by <br /> the total number of dwelling units served by <br /> the meter to produce the customer charge . <br /> SECTION III . Chapter 17 , Article 5 of the Municipal Code of <br /> the City of South Bend shall be amended by the addition of a new <br /> section , Section 17-47. 3 , which will read as follows : <br /> ( a) Commencing February 1 , 1987 , whenever a user' s sewage <br /> contains more milligrams per liter per day of phosphorus <br /> ( P ) , suspended solids ( SS) or biochemical oxygen demand <br /> (BOD) than the following levels : <br /> 1987 1988 1989 <br /> BOD 1 ,000 mg/1 750 mg/1 500 mg/1 <br /> SS 1 ,000 mg/1 750 mg/1 500 mg/1 <br /> P 12 mg/1 11 mg/1 10 mg/1 <br />
