3 <br /> <br />5.2 Final QA/QC: Perform independent QA/QC review of final design deliverables. <br /> <br />5.3 Final Submittal: Furnish three (3) complete hard copies and an electronic copy of the Final Submittal, <br />certified by Indiana PE. <br /> <br />Final Submittal: <br />· Final Preliminary Design Drawings (Full Size and Half-Size) <br />· Final Contract Drawings <br /> <br />Task 6 – Permit Assistance <br /> <br />6.1 Permit Assistance: Prepare and obtain on behalf of the CITY, an IDEM Construction Permit. <br />Application fee will be paid by the CITY. <br /> <br />Task 7 – Easement Assistance (Allowance) <br /> <br />7.1 Easement Assistance: Develop an easement description and exhibit for the new CSO 022 Structure <br />and Throttle Line Relocation. The CITY will lead the efforts for acquiring the easement. <br /> <br />Task 8 – Bidding Phase <br /> <br />8.1 Pre-Bid Meeting: Assist the CITY at the Pre-Bid Meeting. <br /> <br />8.2 Questions and Addenda: Assist the CITY with answering questions during the bidding phase and <br />issue addenda as required. <br /> <br />8.3 Review Bids: Assist the CITY in reviewing the bids as well as evaluate and certify the bid tabulation <br />for the Project. <br /> <br />Task 9 – Construction Engineering Phase <br /> <br />9.1 Pre-Construction Meeting: Assist the CITY with the Pre-Construction Meeting. <br /> <br />9.2 Monthly Site Visits: ENGINEER shall visit the Project site during construction as needed to answer <br />Contractor and CITY questions for a maximum of six (6) construction site visits. <br /> <br />9.3 Shop Drawings and RFIs: ENGINEER shall process and review shop drawings and Requests for <br />Information (RFIs) submitted by the Contractor. The review process for each shop drawing or RFI <br />shall be completed within a two (2) week time period. Review Contractor submitted shop drawings for <br />compliance with Contract Documents. Review shall be to assess if the items covered by the <br />submittals will, after installation or incorporation, conform to the Contract Documents and be <br />compatible with the overall design intent. Review and approval will not extend to means, method, <br />techniques, sequences or procedures of, or to safety precautions, procedures, or programs incident <br />thereto. ENGINEER shall be available to answer questions as they pertain to the drawings and <br />specifications throughout construction of the Project. <br /> <br />D. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The project will be completed under the tentative milestones shown below. This tentative schedule is based on <br />receiving a Notice to Proceed on June 13, 2023, and receiving prompt review and approvals from the CITY. <br /> <br /> ITEM TENTATIVE DATE <br />Kickoff Workshop June 2023 <br /> Field Work June-July 2023 <br /> 50% Detailed Design Services June-August 2023 <br /> 50% Design Review Workshop August 2023
