2 Task 3 – 50% Detailed Design Services 3.1 50% Design & Drawings: Perform process, electrical, I&C, structural and site / civil design required for proposed infrastructure. The Drawings will generally include (estimated): Sheets Title Sheet 1 General Location Map and Drawing Sheet Index 1 Abbreviations, Legends and General Notes 1 Temporary Benchmarks and Control Points Location Map 1 Site and Piping Demolition / Site and Piping / Grading Design 3 CSO 022 Structure Modification / New CSO 022 Design 3 Erosion Control, Site Access, and Construction Limits 2 Miscellaneous Details 6 Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Design 4 Structural Design 4 TOTAL 26 3.2 50% Technical Specifications: Prepare and submit 50% technical specifications. 3.3 50% Construction Estimate & Quantities: Calculate quantities and prepare construction cost estimate. 3.4 50% QA/QC: Perform independent QA/QC review of 50% design deliverables. 3.5 50% Submittal: Furnish three (3) complete hard copies and an electronic copy of the 50% Preliminary Design Submittal for review and approval. 50% Submittal: · 50% Preliminary Design Drawings (Full Size and Half-Size) · 50% Technical Specifications · 50% Construction Estimate & Quantities Task 4 – 95% Detailed Design Services 4.1 95% Design & Drawings: Complete process, electrical, I&C, structural and site / civil design required for proposed infrastructure. 4.2 95% Technical Specifications and Contract Documents: Prepare and submit 95% technical specifications and contract documents. 4.3 95% Construction Estimate & Quantities: Calculate quantities and prepare construction cost estimate. 4.4 95% QA/QC: Perform independent QA/QC review of 95% design deliverables. 4.5 95% Submittal: Furnish three (3) complete hard copies and an electronic copy of the 95% Preliminary Design Submittal for review and approval. 95% Submittal: · 95% Preliminary Design Drawings (Full Size and Half-Size) · 95% Technical Specifications · 95% Construction Estimate & Quantities Task 5 – Final Detailed Design Services 5.1 Final Drawings & Contract Documents: Update the drawings and contract documents based on the 95% Submittal Review Workshop.
