EXCEPTIONS <br /> <br />Upon separate written authorization by the CITY and after approval of negotiated fees, ENGINEER can provide <br />additional services such as those listed below. <br /> <br />· Additional easement preparation beyond the scoped easement description. <br />· Additional permitting beyond the scoped permits. (i.e. Erosion Control) <br />· Contaminated soil testing and / or groundwater monitoring. <br />· Subsurface utility engineering. <br />· Wetland mitigation and/or restoration plans. <br />· Phase I environmental assessment. <br />· Additional workshops, meetings, or site visits beyond the scope. <br />· Resident Project Representative. <br />· Conformed to contract drawings. <br />· Post construction monitoring. <br />· Operation & Maintenance Manual. <br />· Green / sustainable infrastructure design. <br />· Asset Management Plan. <br />· Record drawings. <br />· Confined entry surveying of the existing structure for record drawing confirmation. <br />· Collection hydraulic modeling to confirm pipe size diameters. (i.e. SWMM) <br />· Contractor pay application, AIS, final completion review and/or processing. <br /> <br />
