City of South Bend | PE Services for Coal Line Trail Phase 3 in the LaPorte District - Des #2201235 | 9 <br />PROJECT APPROACH: DES. #2201235 <br />UTILITY COORDINATION <br />Based on the scope of the project and the proposed route, <br />the JPR team does not foresee many utility relocations. <br />Underground utilities will not be affected as the depth <br />of construction is minimal and overhead utilities will be <br />avoided by locating the trail on the west side of College <br />Street. In the event a utility relocation is required, JPR <br />is prepared to communicate effectively with utility <br />companies to develop a quick resolution. <br />CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />The JPR team is committed to the success of all projects <br />well after final design documents have been submitted. <br />We will remain available to solve any conflicts that arise <br />through bidding, pre-construction, construction, and <br />close-out.
