<br />Ms. Stines has 21 years of experience providing
<br />intersection geometrics, intersection type studies,
<br />location design studies, quantities, traffic signal and
<br />lighting design, traffic signal coordination and timing,
<br />traffic projections and analysis, traffic impact studies,
<br />maintenance of traffic plans, and safety studies.
<br />Jen’s clients include various Districts with the Illinois
<br />Department of Transportation (IDOT), the Illinois
<br />Tollway, and various local agencies. She is proficient
<br />in Highway Capacity Software Plus, Synchro, and
<br />MicroStation GEOPAK.

<br />Ms. Hutson is a professional engineer and project
<br />management professional that has worked extensively
<br />with state Departments of Transportation on
<br />construction inspection projects and has all DOT
<br />certifications required for Construction Inspection.
<br />Sara’s skill set includes roadway and utility design,
<br />utility coordination, project scheduling, subcontractor
<br />management, preparation of specifications, railroad
<br />permitting, construction inspection, and project
<br />management.

<br />Mr. Mueller serves as an Engineering Design
<br />Manager at Volkert. Brian has over 31 years of
<br />transportation experience including 13 years with
<br />the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). His
<br />experience spans a broad range of transportation
<br />engineering, including highway facility planning and
<br />design; consultant management; land acquisition;
<br />management of environmental, geotechnical, and
<br />construction engineering projects; and
<br />public involvement.

<br />Ms. Witt has 17 years of experience in roadway
<br />engineering and design. Betsy has gained extensive
<br />project management expertise with interstate and
<br />major US route designs. Her clients include various
<br />Districts with the Illinois Department of Transportation
<br />(IDOT), the Illinois Tollway, and various local agencies.
<br />Her responsibilities include preliminary and final plan
<br />preparation, project reports, intersection geometrics,
<br />drainage design, specification, cost estimates and
<br />maintenance of traffic plans.

<br />Mr. Murphy, PLS has over 29 years of management and
<br />survey experience. The majority of his experience is in
<br />boundary, topographic, hydrographic, and construction
<br />surveying. Nearly a decade of Rich’s experience was on
<br />various INDOT projects, including roadway improvement
<br />projects, bridge/structure replacement projects, and
<br />right of way engineering projects.
