02 City of South Bend, Indiana | Safe Routes to School (SRTS) – Kennedy Academy | February 14, 2023 <br />PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br />SCHEDULE <br />Project Manager, Brian Arterbery has <br />developed a preliminary schedule, <br />shown on page 10. The project <br />schedule will be monitored closely <br />and the status will be reported monthly. <br />BENEFIT: Closely monitoring the schedule <br />will allow him to identify any preventative or <br />corrective actions needed, potentially saving <br />the City of South Bend time and money. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />Brian will stay in close communication <br />with the City by providing updates <br />and coordination as well as making <br />himself available to answer project-related <br />questions on a day-to-day basis. <br />BENEFIT: This will enable the City of South <br />Bend to know where the project stands at <br />all times. <br />BUDGET <br />Brian will monitor this project by <br />developing cost estimates for each <br />deliverable. In addition, trends in <br />the industry regarding inflation and <br />price fluctuations will be monitored for periodic <br />update.
