<br />initiative. Throughout her 22 years in the industry, Pam has stayed cur-
<br />rent on the latest technologies available to produce designs for our cli-
<br />ents. From profiles and roadway sections to curb ramps, Pamela en-
<br />sures that each of her designs is tailored to meet the needs of the client and the
<br />specifications of the project.

<br />Drew specializes in working with civil engineering, concentrating on
<br />transportation engineering. Her responsibilities include developing road-
<br />way and trail designs, establishing cost estimates, right-of-way engineer-
<br />ing, assisting with right-of-way management, assembling submittal documents
<br />for various projects, and producing regulated signage. She is competent in Auto-
<br />CAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, Arc GIS, and OpenRoads SignCAD software for use in
<br />designs for various classifications of projects.

<br />Wes is a veteran designer and project manager. While his 35 years ex-
<br />perience brings with it a vast array of project experiences, he has numer-
<br />ous SRTS projects and trailway/pathway projects on his resume, which
<br />is why we have selected him to be part of the team serving the City of South
<br />Bend on this project. In addition to his design work, Wes is an INDOT certified
<br />utility and railroad coordinator.
<br />Nitin Timble, PE, PS: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control | 37 Years Exp.

<br />Nitin brings nearly 4 decades of professional experience to the team serving The City of South Bend. While he continues to serve as a project manager
<br />for A&Z’s projects, he also takes on the role of a QA/QC administrator. We value him in this role because he is able to ensure that d esign standards are
<br />met on numerous projects due to his depth and breadth of personal experience. For this project, Nitin will personally review all plans before submittal in
<br />addition to acting as a mentor to all of our design team.

<br />Dave is responsible for environmental compliance of the project including: due
<br />diligence, quality control, field activities, and agency coordination. With his exten-
<br />sive experience and attention to detail, Dave is an efficient and effective steward
<br />of our natural resources. Dave’s areas of expertise include preparation of environ-
<br />mental studies for NEPA and transportation-related projects, wetland delinea-
<br />tions, permitting and mitigation plans, facilitation of public meetings, terrestrial and aquatic
<br />ecology and mitigation plans, Section 106 regulations, construction inspection, and haz-
<br />ardous materials assessments.
<br />Jackie Dodd: Title Research | 22 Years Exp. **

<br />Jackie possesses considerable experience in reviewing INDOT plans, examining
<br />real estate parcels for residential, commercial, industrial, utility, railroad, and oth-
<br />er complex parcels, along with knowledge of INDOT’s specifications for Title Re-
<br />search. All team members are trained in real estate abstracting, clearance of real
<br />estate liens, and recording of documents. Jackie Dodd’s experience practicing real estate
<br />law and working as a commercial lender; coupled with Dodd Title Corporation’s staff ex-
<br />perienced in title research provide added value to Dodd Title Corporation’s title research
<br />services for all right-of-way projects.
<br />Mark Voss: Constructability Review | 22 Years Exp.

<br />Mark is an experienced construction manager and RPR. His experience includes overseeing multiple road, bridge, and underground infrastructure pro-
<br />jects; assisting engineers and surveyors; and the field operations observed by our inspectors. This combined with his many years as an RPR makes
<br />Mark a valued member of our quality pipeline. He ensures that what we put on paper will work in reality. This is one of the most valuable things we can do
<br />as far as ensuring client satisfaction and const containment.
<br />Ian Ross: Topographic Survey | 31 Years Experience
<br />CET Surveying, Geological Engineering
<br />Ian spent much of his career as a surveying crew chief for INDOT. He has been
<br />responsible for all aspects of highway surveying and is a member of the Indiana
<br />Geographic Information Council.
